We have pets (3 dogs and a cat). Roy was able to direct us to some blog posts of his and his knowledge base and experience made us feel very comfortable knowing who we were dealing with and the out come of our floor even with the pet accidents etc. It made sense since our home was large to opt to have tiles through the Ground floor where we entertain and could limit the pet activity too and enjoy our beautiful wooden floors on the other 2 levels. Love the result our porcelain tiles are huge 48×48 and the french oak we ordered for the other levels works so well with our new furniture.
